I am thrilled. Great machine, good for large quantities of dough.

- Large removable bowl
- Large opening for adding ingredients.
- Great design
- Very good chain retention
- 3.7 kg plaited dough kneaded without problem
- With the adapter you can even use Kenwood accessories such as the pasta attachment or the dicer.
Contra
- Engine a little loud but no louder than a Kenwood or something.
- Good to watch out for small children. As the bowl also rotates, there is a risk of little fingers getting caught.

Super dough mixer
The dough is kneaded very well and does not stick to the hook.
Great device, customer support unfortunately subterranean
I bought the Probaker at a very good price from an online retailer (not Galaxus).
As soon as I unpacked it, I noticed that the paint on the kneading hook had already peeled off in one place. I'm also worried that more paint could come off at this point and end up in the dough!
To replace the defective hook, the dealer referred me directly to Wilfa.
There are only two e-mail addresses here in Germany, no telephone number. Despite several emails, I have not received any feedback for weeks.
I only received a reply after sending an enquiry to the international email address. The hook is to be replaced. That was 2-3 weeks ago, nothing has happened. I was kept waiting for further enquiries and there was no concrete confirmation of dispatch of the hook.
Conclusion: great machine, poor dough hook and customer support. I don't even want to think about how this will turn out in the event of a warranty claim.
I will be buying a stainless steel hook soon... for just under €100.Pro

For me, the Wilfa mixer is a Gedicht👏🏼und and the price is right too. After 14 days of use, I have not yet noticed any disadvantages. Can only recommend this machine empfehlen👍🏽
