Tefal Multicooker CY7548
I can't cope with the multicooker. I had the Cook for me multicooker, which is much better and easier to use. I have passed the appliance on.
The lid is difficult to open and put on. It's a circle until the lid is in place.

I had originally ordered a rice cooker to simply cook rice. However, when the appliance arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the numerous additional functions. So far, I've made a delicious risotto that turned out really well.
Yesterday I tried my hand at mango sticky rice and this dish was also fantastic. The normal rice that I also cooked was of the best quality. Today I tried out the stew function and prepared a Thai curry with chicken.
Although my braised Thai curry tasted wonderful, I realised that the cooking time for the vegetables and meat was a little too long, which made them very soft. The braising programme currently takes 30 minutes, but I am convinced that my curry would have been perfectly cooked after just 15 minutes.
I also tried the sous vide function and found it to be very good.
Despite minor adjustments to the cooking time, I am delighted with the wide range of possibilities offered by this appliance!

Although I have now listed many negative points, I have no regrets about buying the appliance.
I love the fact that I don't have to spend too much time cooking when I don't feel like it.
What I find most lacking is the instruction manual and recipes.
I made yoghurt, but it didn't say how many degrees to ferment at. I first used 30° for 10 hours, but that wasn't enough, the milk didn't set. I had to run it again at 40° for almost 16 hours.
In addition, the Tefal website mentions a recipe app, but the recipes are not for the multicooker.
