Fantastic ironing results, but poor quality
We now have the second Tefal, after the first one spat out quite a lot of rusty water instead of pure steam after about a year. Now we have exactly the same problem with the second one. What is also noticeable are some parts on the iron where the plastic becomes brittle over time.
Apparently, rust in the steam or a defective solenoid valve (water is constantly running out of the steam nozzles) are the two main problems with the appliance. However, until these two defects occur, the ironing results are fantastic!
Nevertheless, I only give it one star because an iron - no matter how good its results are - should last longer than a year...Pro
