Coffee made easy
The Siemens EQ.300 has really improved my everyday coffee routine. Operating it via the display is child's play and in no time at all I have a latte or cappuccino with perfect milk foam. Cleaning and maintenance are well thought out and I can get to everything quickly thanks to the easily accessible service door. One small drawback is the noise level, but I can easily get over that in view of the other advantages.

Siemens better start making cell phones again....
Hands off this coffee machine!
This machine is in our office and therefore runs relatively often. Approximately every 2 weeks it wants to be decalcified and cleaned, after 4 cups of coffee, the bowl must be emptied, the pomace is soaking wet and that testifies to a bad grinder. The coffee tastes moderate to insufficient. The cappuccino program is an insult to any barista! More work than pleasure in any case ...

Broken after 3 years
After 3 years of use, the machine gave up the ghost. For a long time, it had been making strange clicking noises, which then disappeared after very regular cleaning of the brewing unit (1-2 times a week). Since the last incident, the brewing unit can no longer be removed and the coffee machine no longer starts. There are more and more reports on the internet about the same problems. Therefore not recommended.
