After one week (10 coffees) machine defective - was sent in 2 to 3 weeks later new machine received.
After five coffees, same problem - machine defective.
They don't want to refund my money .....
I had to wait another 4 weeks for repair.
They wrote in an info mail that software errors are excluded from the warranty!
I have never experienced such impudence with such an expensive machine.
I will now get my lawyer involved.

We have been using the machine in the company for about a week now and the employees' opinions are positive. However, we previously had a piston-type machine and this is where the Saeco falls short of the old coffee. If you want to make a comparison between a fully automatic machine and a piston-type machine.
