Always fresh bread in the house
I chose the second most modern appliance because I don't need the crust function of the newest one.
The appliance works great and the breads look like breads because of the rectangular baking tin (not square).
At the beginning, nothing happens for 30 minutes, it lets the ingredients adjust to temperature, it's not broken :-)
If breads are to be ready fresh in the morning, take into account that you have to let them cool and dry for at least 30 minutes.
I would buy again immediately :-)

Since the beginning of the year, I've been looking through comparisons and reviews and kept coming back to the Panasonic, which I finally got.
Delivery was very quick and on the first day the first baking mixture was knocked into it.
The dough hook had to be removed, but otherwise it was top, both the crumb and the taste, as well as the crust, were like a painting.
I found out that greasing the dough hook helps, but the right amount of water is crucial. With just the right amount of moisture, the hook stays in the container and the baked product slips out easily.
So far, the machine has been in regular use every few days for several weeks for: bread baking mixes, bread "homemade", brioche, bread quick with baking powder and several times for different dough preparations.
An absolute dream, I would never want it any other way.
The appliance is well made, the coating is great and everything is easy to clean. Absolutely recommended. The only thing is that you should plan the space in advance, because it is quite a box.
I tried the panettone recipe and the wholemeal bread recipe (standard and quick). Special positive mention for the quick wholemeal bread ready in 3 hours!

It is bigger than I would have expected. I have only made two loaves with it and still need to work my way through the recipes a bit. The separate containers for yeast and other ingredients such as nuts are great.
Makes super bread and the included recipes have so far all become delicious.
Only from the sourdough function I would have hoped for much more, because you have to add yeast despite sourdough (which should replace the yeast).
