Huge quality problems
We had the machine in operation for around 1 year. Then the first defect occurred (the tub kept overflowing). A replacement followed after 3 weeks, but unfortunately it was defective again (switch was faulty). Apparently we are not an exception. I would therefore not recommend the machine due to the existing quality problems. What a pity.

I find it absolutely out of order that the same machine costs Sfr. 30 more after an exchange.
The first machine had a massive short circuit, the second machine (exactly the same) was OK, but Sfr. 30.- more expensive, 2 days after the exchange.Contra

What a true coffee machine is supposed to be
Best and cheapest top quality coffee machine on the market. Also one of the few with minimal plastic. Water container is awesome to have and improves the taste and quality of the water.
The metal finish looks beautiful.
I don't understand the negative reviews here, you don't buy this machine to have it easy. There are some manual steps you need to take, but in my opinion that is part of the beauty and it's not that hard.
Tip:
* Always flush some water through for 2 sec before adding ESE POD.
* Always flush some water through for 2 sec after using ESE POD.
* Always remove the ESE pod directly after brewing a cup.Pro
