Mopping robot
Dear real Donald Trump,
please take a cue from my robot and work like the rest of the world. Honest, loyal and hardworking... Even by voice command!
Greetings,
Angelo

Actually good, but if you have even the smallest thresholds, then that's it with the Mappping and Steurung via app. I have about 3-4mm high, slightly curved aluminum thresholds on all doors, the Braava refuses to drive over them. Not that it can't, it drives until it's right on the threshold with the cleaning pad, then stops un turns around, the "back end" of Braava doesn't want to go over. Why doesn't it keep going when the flattest part, the mop pad in front, goes over without a problem? This is probably due to the aggressive carpet detection: Braava thinks it is going over a carpet and turns around. If I make him a temporary ramp with a thin pad, then it works.
I have no carpets in my entire apartment, so this feature is a big limitation to functionality for me. If iRobot would offer a setting in the app where you can adjust the sensitivity for thresholds/carpets yourself, the problem would be solved immediately.
On the iRobot page it says that Braava can handle thresholds up to 3mm, but this does not work in my case because they are minimally higher. As I said, it could drive over them without any problem, it just doesn't want to. My Xiaomi Roborock vacuum cleaner drives over it blithely. So I have to carry the part now from room to room, he creates a map only of the room where the charging station is. You can also not individually map the remaining rooms and put them together

Is many times better and more efficient than the previous models. Good orientation in the room. And thanks to the smart maps on the mobile phone, the device can also be flexibly controlled or sent to a specific room at a specific time (as long as everything can be reached from the Homebase). However, the Braava Jet m6 can also be flexibly set down in other rooms and used without an app without any problems.

Expensive but perfect!
I had been always skeptical about these robots. However, after two days using it, I'm blown away by the cleaning quality and the super neat technology. I have had many cleaning companies or workers that don't even get close to the clean quality of this robot. It is worth every penny. Note that it supports two modes, dry and wet mopping. The dry mopping works fantastically and even questions a bit the need for an additional vacuum robot. For example, my girlfriend managed to adapt a Swiffer magnetic sweep on top of the disposable iRobot dry pad and it works beautifully, the dry mopping gets rid of all the dust attached to the floors, so you could reuse the same iRobot dry pad many times.
Also, beware that it is much better to have a dedicated device, one for vacuum cleaning and one for mopping than an all-in-one solution which is not great at either.
It looks like Siri (iOS) doesn't speak to iRobot :-D, so you need to get another friend to mediate these two ...
1. Install Amazon's Alexa on the iPhone.
2. Setup Amazon's Alexa adding support for iRobot vacuum and mop robots.
3. Finally and this is the funny part:
Hey Siri, open Alexa, Alexa ... send my Braava jet to mop the Hallway :-D
In conclusion, if that price point is right for you, do not hesitate getting it, you won't regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Well thought out from A to Z and a great device that I calculate will pay for itself in a year or two. My cleaning lady now irons laundry instead of bending with the cleaning bucket.
