I have been using it for half a year and have never had a problem. I don't have any pets, but my girlfriend sheds enough hair. When I discovered this part next to the dust bin to cut the hair out of the brush, that was my highlight of the day. The mopping function is not convincing for me, I use this function once in a while for certain zones like in the kitchen. So if you think you can have the whole flat mopped with it, you're wrong. After 30 minutes, the cloth has to be washed out anyway, which is too inconvenient for me. The app from the manufacturer is mega good for this, it constantly learns and the rooms are scanned by the vacuum. However, if you move the charging station, the whole thing starts all over again, so think carefully about where you place it. The vacuum can be a bit of a battering ram, so tidy up your home and avoid getting it stuck in your shoelaces or cables.

Super flat vacuum robot with a lot of IQ!
The F9 vacuuming and mopping robot gets into places that are denied to the D9 from Dreame. The reason for this is the navigation technology. Unlike the D9, the F9 has "only" gyroscope technology. This means that there is no need for a laser attachment on the vacuum robot, and it saves about 1.5 cm in height - this can make a crucial difference when it comes to furniture, which sets the F9 apart from the D9: However, the maps of the apartment are accurately created and saved after several cleaning sessions, so it does a perfect job even without a laser. It also has a larger dust bin and can suck in more dirt before it needs to be emptied.
About voice control with Google Home: "The trick is NOT to select the Mi-Home app in the Google Home app, but the "DreameBot" app.
However, logging into the "DreameBot" app works with the Xiaomi account!

Konstantin is our favorite family member
By far the best purchase 2022! Really a big relief. Before we leave the house we make the apartment briefly "robot ready" and start our Konstantin on the way. Are we back everything is thoroughly vacuumed. He would even take up damp - we have not yet tested. Would Konsti ever go kaput, I would immediately buy a same. Great part. There are certainly more great, but for us he is perfect. We love him every day a little more.

Fantastic little house bot!
Our F9 house bot is fantastic. I really did not expect him to perform so well for this price. He can hold a lot of dirt in the chamber, he has excellent suction, can clean for hours without recharging and really knows his way around the house.
He has never gotten lost unless we pick him up or he closes the door by himself.
The mopping function works really well, though sometimes I will spot clean and then ask him to go over it afterwards. The floor is very clean and dries evenly afterwards.
He can get tangled in cables though and also likes to drive up the base of low furniture. He cannot see dark objects so he will run into it until the bumper sensor trips which is quite loud. Otherwise, he travels quite fast when he knows where he is going and it's quite impressive to see so much intelligence in such a small robot.
He can also fit under kitchen cupboards, some couches and beds. Does a great job cleaning into corners, but you have to brush behind the door so that he can clean up the rest.
One problem is that I haven't properly figured out how to operate him without the app - sometimes pushing the buttons on his head will cause him to change from room cleaning mode to full house cleaning mode which I don't want. This usually means I have to open the app on my phone and re-issue the commands for which rooms to clean.
I also think his battery will last long because it is bigger than usual so it is not being discharged as much as other robots with smaller batteries. He can easily do 100 sqm in one charge, which is nearly two hours. I also ask him to do a thorough clean (criss cross pattern on the floor) which takes twice as long and he can handle a few rooms at a time doing this before going back to charge.
He finds the charger easily almost every time. That part is also very reliable.

Category Killer
Price/performance is unchallenged. The robot has recently been improved again strongly software side. Individual rooms can now be defined manually in the app and the robot now recognizes carpets and automatically increases the suction power to maximum when it drives over carpet. I am completely satisfied with the robot.

All in all good and cheap for map lovers.
Already have one from Xiaomi, but with radar tower. Of course, the map is much more accurate but is also almost 2 cm higher!
The confusing thing is that the vacuum cleaner at the beginning does not drive off the edges but starts right away with the surface.

Flawless product
If you activate the admittedly poorly translated German function "Sparmodus des Wischers" in the app under "Experimentelle Funktionen", a map is automatically created, which can then also be edited. Rooms can be split or merged. Thus, single or multiple rooms can be cleaned at the touch of a button. The Dreame F9 fully meets my expectations!

Top price-performance ratio
We have now been using it for 2 weeks. Everything ok so far. Ingenious for our use on parquet floors. Only our carpet with fringes and the high pile fur has to be removed, it has problems with that. Otherwise it vacuums reliably and saves us a lot of work. As it is white, it also looks nice and discreet.

I am very satisfied.
However, I haven't had to order any spare parts yet. I thought I had read that this would be difficult.
The only negative point is that it just fits under the sofa and its top touches the underside of the sofa. As far as that goes, it's still OK. Over time, however, it got stuck under the sofa more and more often because it got jammed. I locked the sofa in the app so that he could no longer drive under it. Problem solvedPro

Very satisfied
I have been using the Dreame for a week. Compared to the previous Roomba, it is very nice in design, it is quiet and I like the easy maintenance and installation. The suction power seems a bit better than the Roomba. The price is great.
