No, seriously, I would buy it again and again - but you don't have to anymore.
You're more likely to lift the food out of the pan with a spatula than lift it with one arm, tilt it and push the food out with the other hand - it's really awkwardly heavy for that.

The pan makes huge friends at the boil. It's not cheap, but it's a game-changer. And a 30-year guarantee 💪

I cook a lot and normally use cast iron pans which are not suitable for acidic dishes (tomato sauces, white wine sauces etc.). I was therefore looking for a high-quality stainless steel pan and found the Demeyere Atlantis Proline. The original price is quite expensive but would probably still be ok. For the prices offered on Galaxus, it is a great value for money. Very good workmanship, good heat management! Any time again.
One of the best frying pans. Perfect for steak.

This pan is amazing, but you need to know how to use it. Try the trick with water drops, and it offers a completely non-stick surface. It may seem pricey, but it will last many, many years. This is a great alternative to disposable TEFL pans and is much lighter compared to cast iron, for example.
