Black abrasion in the meat
I have started the machine according to the instruction manual. Unfortunately, I had black abrasion in the meat during the mincing.

The device has been used so far for the production of about 8 kg sausages and Hagenbuttenkonfi. The meat grinder function does not work badly with "simple" grinded goods. However, as soon as firmer goods, such as stringy meat or pork rind is minced, a grey mass comes out centrally at the perforated disc, which then ends up in the mince.
The cutting knife has quite a lot of play on the screw conveyor, I suspect that the abrasion comes from between.
When pressing rose hips, the corresponding fruit press attachment (rose hips are explicitly mentioned in the manual) was damaged.
All in all, the device fulfills the advertised functions only partially. It is not clear to me if this is a warranty issue or if a defect claim would be appropriate.Contra

Delivered yesterday and have been thrilled ever since!
The accessories are varied, of high quality and produce great results.
At first I thought, well, it's just included, but the parts do their job.
I immediately went to the shop and bought carrots, oranges and meat.
The juicer worked great. Quite dry leftovers at the front and juice with pulp at the bottom.
The carrots went through the meat grinder.
The meat quickly and easily through the grinder.
Well, Bosch costs a bit more but it's really worth it.Pro
