Alessi is overpriced, have expected more for the price.
Good design, but the flute is made of cheap plastic, to pour water you have to take it off and if you are not careful you burn your fingers.

I bought from you, a Kettle of your brand Alessi, designer Michael Graves model 9093 Tea Rex. The purchase was made on 07.12.2023, not even 6 months ago.
I hardly ever use the kettle, it remains rather decorative, but the last two times I used it the little plastic cover on the metal was full of steam. How can you help me solve this problem? Can you kindly advise me? I look forward to hearing from you.
