Prices vary depending on the country, the origin of the product and the suppliers.
It is best to contact customer support directly, other customers (like me) will unfortunately not be able to answer this question.
Hello, I've asked our supplier and unfortunately we only know that some accessories for this mixer should be available in about 2 months in the Swiss market. Whether the smaller bowls will also come out is unknown at the moment.
Mine came with a 3-pin CH plug.
The price is going up, it's called inflation. I brought it cheaper 2 years ago. But it's worth the price. Doing it's job every day! Or bring one from the US.
Hi Stefanie The tamper was included and there are these small containers where you can grind grains, including cereals. But you have to buy them additionally, because it needs another attachment with a blade :) Since I use the blender very often but don't always want to get the big container dirty, I got the small container and the smoothie cup in addition - both were super worth it. Tip: If you want both, you can buy them in one set, but unfortunately they are not available on Galaxus/Digitec ;) Here you can find the small cups with motor and separately the smoothie cup.
Thank you very much for your comment. We will gladly forward this internally to the responsible department and hope that this will be checked promptly.
In the case of all suppliers, you only see those third-party dealers who sell via our platform, not all suppliers who sell the device. Due to different suppliers and delivery conditions, there may be price differences compared to other suppliers. We always try to set a price in line with the market, but this is not possible for all products.
No accessories. You get what you see in the picture, i.e. the base (motor), big container with cover.
My Vitamix from Galaxus was a Scheweizer model. So yes.
The 3500 has the advantage that there are fixed programmes. We simply wanted the newer model as well. In terms of performance, both are the same.
Not sure about repair, but it has 99 months (over 8 years) warranty by default. That's a pretty good coverage IMHO.
There are also Vitamix machines that are a little cheaper, but they are not much smaller. (Galaxus range) There are also smaller blender jars for this blender, if this is an option. I bought the blender because of its performance, as I make a lot of green smoothies. For fruit smoothies, a little less power is okay too. I already had the blender in my small single flat with a spartan kitchen. I can recommend this blender with a clear conscience.
You will receive a maximum of 2 months bring-in guarantee on the used product. The 10-year warranty is only granted on the new, unused models.
Yes, it has the Schweitzer plug. Unpack the mixer and plug it in.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find this information anywhere at the manufacturer's or on the web in general. With a bit of luck, someone else will answer your question. But I guess already
As noted on the product, it is guaranteed for 10 years :-)
Exactly as in the 1st product picture. The colour is silver
"i" is international version. US accessories are NOT compatible with International accessories : they won't work, so do not order additional blend cups from US.
No, we only have it in German. We're sorry.
No, unfortunately not. We only have this color.
