The smart card is only tracked when the Dreame F9 has successfully completed its "journey". What is important for the first trips, the flat should be completely cleared of everything you normally have there, if possible, so that these learning trips can also be completed. Since the Dreame F9 has a Time of Flight sensor at the top of the device (this is a light-sensitive camera that the robot uses to detect door frames, for example, which point upwards), it is also absolutely necessary that the flat it is to vacuum is well lit, because otherwise this sensor cannot be evaluated well, i.e. it does not work at all with this robot in the dark, it needs light. An alternative would of course be the Dreame D9, which works with a LIDAR laser and can find its way around without any problems, even in a darkened room. But I don't know if the right of return still exists, it would be worth considering, because the robots with laser navigation are extremely reliable and accurate. Dreame D9

The map function can be used with the Dreame F9 (robot hoover), but there are a few restrictions to bear in mind: - The Dreame F9 can only store one map. If you transport the robot between different floors, the previous map will be overwritten when a new map is created. - For a floor with threshold-free rooms (EG), the map function can be used to perform precise cleaning. - For a floor with rooms with thresholds everywhere, the "random mode" or "automatic mode" might be a better option, as the map function might be less effective in such environments. However, it is important to note that constantly moving the robot between floors and overwriting the map can affect the efficiency and accuracy of cleaning. It may be useful to configure the robot separately for each floor and store the maps separately if this is technically possible.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide any information on this. Various robot hoovers for pet hair were tested in this article, the front runners are unfortunately somewhat more expensive: https://www.rtings.com/vacuum/reviews/best/robot-pet-hair

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. Yes, the hoover has a HEPA filter and it can overcome a slope of 15% up to 2 cm. However, I would buy another robot hoover if possible, the Dreame D9 has laser navigation and can find its way around the flat much better. The extra charge is not very high and the Dreame D9 also has a HEPA filter and can overcome thresholds of approx. 2 cm. Xiaomi Dreame D9
