Das Modell von Graef ist an sich von einer exzellenten Qualität: Der Milchschaum wird voluminös und kann viele Mikroporen vorweisen. Als Makel müssen wir ansprechen, dass der obere Teil des Modells sehr warm werden kann und Milch & Milchschaum Temperaturen von 80,6°C erreichen. Schließlich kann das Erwärmen & Schäumen von Milch 176 s dauern.
