Dahinter platziert sich das Modell Design Espresso Pro von Gastroback. Dieses brüht den Espresso sehr zügig und mit einer vergleichsweise hohen Crema. Nach dem Ende des Brühvorganges muss allerdings etwas gewartet werden, bis alle Wasserrückstände aus dem Brühkopf gelaufen sind. Mit über zwei Minuten ist hier die Aufheizdauer recht lang.
