Das Waffeleisen ist sehr hochwertig und solide. Zudem ist es gut ausgestattet und lässt sich dank des übersichtlichen Menüs einfach bedienen. Zudem liefert das Gastroback mit der Timer-Funktion sehr gute Backergebnisse. Außerdem gelingt die Reinigung schnell und einfach. Jedoch ist der Preis zu hoch.

Neben den sehr guten und gleichgebräunten Waffeln, ist auch die sehr intuitive Bedienung des Gastrobacks die größte Stärke. Durch die Signaltöne wird der Nutzer auch nach Beendigung der Garzeit darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass die Waffel gar ist und wäre das Handling nicht durch den Drehmechanismus etwas umständlich, wären hier auch mehr Punkte drin gewesen.
