The Gran Lattissima from Nespresso is very easy to use with its one-touch function - at the touch of a button you can make three different types of coffee (Ristretto, Espresso, Lungo) and six different milk drinks (Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Hot Milk Foam, Flat White, Caffe Latte and Hot Milk). Depending on the beverage, the foam regulation is already defined in the recipes, so that no regulation on the carafe is necessary.

As a new recipe the Gran Lattissima also offers the Flat White as a milk drink - an espresso with microfoam.
The original Flat White from Australia is a double ristretto with foamed milk, which, unlike latte macchiato or cappuccino, has less milk foam on the top layer. The Flat White thus offers a refined option for many who want to enjoy a latte and do without the abundance of milk foam.

Families with children have with the Gran Lattissima still the advantage to conjure up a babyccino (pure milk foam) quickly. The hot milk foam can be produced by pressing a button alone.

In addition, cleaning the milk solution is very simple. The generous one-litre water tank and the 0.5 litre milk container are removable and can be quickly cleaned with the Autoclean function. For optimum hygiene, the milk system should be cleaned once after each use. The milk decanter can be stored in the refrigerator after use.

With the Eco function, the machine switches itself off automatically 9 minutes after the last coffee has been brewed. The switch-off function can also be programmed to 30 minutes or 8 hours.
