The cookware in the "Mineral B Element" series is end-treated with beeswax and thus has natural anti-oxidation protection. The pans are ideal for searing, grilling and browning. They are equipped with a riveted handle made of strip steel and 2.5 to 3 mm thick walls, and are also PFAO- and PTFE-free. Perfect for frying meat and potatoes and preparing crispy crêpes and delicious omelettes. Tip: Burn in before using for the first time. Do not use any cleaning agent.
