The Cuisinart kettle has a wide range of temperature settings that can be adjusted in 5°C increments by confirming a button on the kettle handle. So you can always choose the perfect temperature for your drink.
For example, use the 85°C setting to bring out the perfect taste of green and white tea, 90°C - 95°C to prevent coffee from burning and the 100°C setting for herbal or black tea.
The useful LCD display shows the water temperature in real time, so you always know if you need to heat the water again.
