A conscious decision. If you brew your coffee by hand, you take time for enjoyment and slow down your everyday life. The coffee filters from Cilio accompany you in this process.
They are made of white-glazed, tasteless ceramic that has been fired at around 1,300°C. Enjoy the full coffee aroma and the special flair that a ceramic filter spreads. The filters are available in four different sizes. The smallest is enough for a lively start to the day, the largest is perfect when guests have announced their arrival. Tip: The water for the coffee should no longer be boiling, otherwise the aromatic substances will evaporate. The ideal temperature is between 86 and 89 °C. Pour the water gradually in circular movements from the inside to the outside so that all the coffee grounds are covered with water. This allows the coffee aromas to develop optimally.
