With the CASO Sous-Vide Stick SV200, you can cook your food with little effort. With the flexible hanging device you can use the stick in all heat-resistant containers with at least 23cm height for sous-vide
cooking. The gentle and intensive cooking in the own juice preserves the natural taste of the food and the meat becomes tender and juicy. Marinating and seasoning before vacuuming achieves best results. The preparation of a Sous-Vide dish is very simple. Previous knowledge is not necessary to achieve perfect results. The actual dish is put together when the bag is filled. All the basic ingredients are vacuum-packed with oil, spices and vegetables in a vacuum bag and then cooked completely automatically in water at low temperatures.
