The white Balter model is a bargain. The appliance scores not only in the heavily weighted criteria such as function and handling. However, the manufacturer does not include a timer, signal tones, display and accessories in this simple basic model.
The BA-104 from Balter is not only affordable, but also delivers very good drying results. In addition, the levels are expandable. However, the temperature cannot be set precisely and the operating noise is comparatively loud.
