The SVU Sous Vide Cooker in its new design impresses with an elegant black finish and improved electronics that consume less power. Thanks to its powerful 1200 watts, water baths with a volume of 7-20 liters are quickly heated to the perfect temperature for vacuum cooking.
With this clever cooking method at low temperatures, your vacuum-sealed foods are always cooked to perfection and very gently, ensuring that all flavors, vitamins, and other healthy ingredients remain in the vacuum bags and thus in the dishes.
The LED display is located outside the container to protect the electronics and your hands from hot steam. Using the sensor touch and adjustment dial, you can set the cooking time up to 60 hours and the temperature in °C and °F up to 95°, which remains constant thanks to the circulation pump.
For delicious sous vide dishes, hang the curved thermostat in a pot or container that is at least 20 cm high, secure the cooker with the integrated clamp, fill the water level between "min" and "max," and press start for 5 seconds once the SVU is plugged in.
