The Exo Terra Thermostat and Hygrostat with day/night timer allows you to set up a well-controlled heating/humidification system that allows you to maintain the required temperature and humidity conditions
similar to those in deserts and tropical environments. The daytime and nighttime temperature and humidity can be adjusted individually. For example, the temperature for the night can be set lower and the humidity higher, just like in nature. The thermostat & hygrostat also prevents overheating and hypothermia on hot summer days or cold winter nights, while keeping the humidity at the desired level.
