Muffled sound
Unfortunately, as I have already read, the device has a muffled sound. But it doesn't bother me as it is used for waking up and not as a HiFi replacement.

Very flat sound, difficult operation
From devices from "Great Britain" one is used to the fact that user-friendliness does not have too great a priority. This also applies to this clock radio. However, once you have finally understood the operating instructions, you will get there. The 3 different alarm times are practical, the digital radio and the Bluetooth connection work well in principle. Unfortunately, the sound is disappointingly flat. As an alarm clock, it may still be sufficient, but as an office radio, it was unbearable throughout the day.
