Question about Epson Perfection V850 Pro

I have put the Epson V850 Pro into operation and scanned X-ray images with it. Unfortunately, coloured stripes appear all over the scanned images. When I scan slides, it works perfectly. Anybody got any ideas?

In my opinion, the Epson V850 is a top scanner in this price range.
X-Ray analogue is a different template than normal slides. But this scanner also has some optical problems with the legendary Kodak Chrome 64 film. (Kodak Chrome is a very special slide film that is black and white after exposure.
The colour was only controlled during the development process).
SilverFast actually has software for this problem.
Nikon used to have software that was developed for Kodak Chrome.
I don't know if e.g. Vuescann can do this.
Technically, an X-Ray is a black and white image.
It may be that the material from the analogue image provides these colour stripes.
Scanning in black and white probably won't work either, because the colour stripes will then simply be black and white!
However, there are some providers who digitise X-Ray.

Apparently there is an X-Ray version of the SilverFast scanner software. What exactly is different about X-Ray images, I don't know.
