The ryzen5 3600 is theoretically sufficient for the card. I play with a ryzen 7 2700x and want to get - as soon as available - a rtx 3080 in addition.
The question is rather what do you want to do with your pc? Do you want to gamble? High quality? Rather FPS? Which games? Streaming? Editing videos or pictures?
And most importantly, what screen resolution do you have? 1080p? 1440p? 4K?
So many questions xD
