Where is the difference (except the price) between the above keyboard and https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/razer-blackwidow-elite-usb-ch-kabel-tastatur-9894783 ?
The keyboard layout (the labelling of the keys). One has a Swiss keyboard layout and the other a German keyboard layout.
As I see it, the hand shelf in front of the keyboard is missing from this offer.
The hand rest is attached with magnets.
I have the keyboard with the hand rest and I find it very comfortable.
