What does this cache stand for? There is another i5 12400f for 220 that doesn't have a cache. What is the difference?

Both offers are identical, only our sources of supply are different. For availability reasons, we "tap" different suppliers. If the manufacturer numbers are different, we have to record two products. The CPU cooler is included in both offers.
