Hello. In my opinion, the springs are incorrectly positioned on the spindle. A colleague of mine had a similar problem and a different installation of the springs solved his problem. As far as I'm concerned, everything works perfectly and I'm very happy with this equipment.

Check the guide rod: make sure the guide rod is properly seated and not bent or damaged. Sometimes incorrect placement or minor damage can cause the problem.
