Everything works fine with connection via USB-C, except that no sound can be heard through the monitor's internal speakers, although the speaker is activated and correctly selected. I use a Lenovo Yoga laptop. With other monitors, the sound is transmitted perfectly via USB-C. What else can help?

Also, was the top button on the screen not pressed by mistake? This also switches the sound on/off... otherwise check the volume mixer to see if it is still muted? For me, this works....
