I have had one of these in continuous use since May 19. No signs of failure so far. But you also have to pay attention to the intended use. These are not WDreds for server/NAS use!

I have bought more, none of them have broken so far. I suspect you have a thermal problem. Make sure they don't get much hotter than 40 degrees. And you never build a raid with just one batch.
