With my order I Receiver wrong 2 pin Plug you can see I am lived in Switzerland but you send me German plug how can I use this ? Can you understand my question? Usually, a Swiss power adaptor is added if there is no Swiss plug included. Unfortunately, this can be forgotten sometimes. If you get in touch with our customer service directly, they will send ja a fitting plug or adaptor.
