I think it's sold under the Purelink brand here in Switzerland.
It looks identical to the HDFury product.
I bought this Purelink Arcana last week to use with my Sonos Arc on my LG 75" TV which does not have eARC, and it works perfectly with AppleTV to send Dolby Atmos to the Sonos.
