Question about Lightwin LWL simplex patch cable
Is this cable compatible with the Salt 10GB fiber box? I can see that the specifications of the cable in the Salt box are slightly different.
Do you also have a 5m or 10m cable SC-APC to LC-APC in your range?
No, for Salt Fiber Box you need a SC-APC/LC-APC ('A' for angle, green connectors on both side then)
If you use a -PC instead of -APC you'll have an attenuation too strong -> instability, loss of line, degradation of the quality
But is this the correct cable for Salt?
just ask Salt for a longer cable. I got my 15 meter cable for free. ;-)
