Unfortunately, this is the case, the Multiroom app no longer works with iOS 13, at least not the initial setup for WiFi (however, the operation of already integrated speakers still works).

Unfortunately, many users are affected by this problem and Samsung doesn't really seem to be reacting to it at the moment.

In my household, the Multiroom system works perfectly with Android as well as with IPhone. However, the first connection with WLAN is a lottery. Try out other types of speakers in the app and press the second button on the device. Eventually it works.
