I would like to use this monitor for gaming with the FS2020. But I don't have enough space in my home office for "normal" monitors... can anyone tell me how normal office work feels on this monitor? Is normal work even possible in a meaningful way? And can the windows on the desktop somehow be divided into 3 areas so that you don't have to resize and position them manually?

Hello,
Thank you very much for your enquiry.
As the user "MoJo71" has already written in great detail, you can divide and design the screen of the Samsung monitor LC49G95TSSUXEN as you wish with the help of the "Easy Setting Box".
Kind regards from Schwalbach,
Your Samsung Service Team
With the "Easy Setting Box" software from Samsung, you can set a predefined grid. As soon as you drag the desired window into it, it adjusts the size to the predefined field. I mainly use the subdivision on 3 windows: left 1280x1440, middle 2560x1440 and right side 1280x1440.
But there are also other profiles that you can customise:
- no subdivision
- full screen
- Split (top/bottom)
- Split (left/right)
- 3 sections (left, middle, right)
- 4 sections (2 top, 2 bottom)
- 6 sections (3 top, 3 bottom)
- split left top/bottom and right
- split right top/bottom and left
- upper half whole and lower half divided into 2 parts
- lower half whole and upper half divided into 2 parts
For each of these window layouts, the individual windows can then be manually adjusted and saved.
The programme can sometimes be a bit tiring, but on the whole I think it's great :)
Hope this was helpful and happy new year 2021!
I also use the monitor in the office area. The division into three windows is very advantageous for me, and the CAD work is really fun.
