Question about AVM FRITZ!Box 7590 (A/CH Version)

I would like to use the AVM FRITZ!Box 7590 (A/CH version) not via DSL but via mobile network. Fritz! writes that with an additional mobile phone stick, the FRITZ!Box can also establish the internet connection via the mobile phone network. Can anyone recommend a compatible and high-performance mobile phone stick? Use in Italy.

or take the FRITZ!Box 6890 LTE straight away. Plug in the SIM and you're done.
I think the 5G box is indecently expensive. The 4G is easily enough for me.
Why does it have to be the FRITZ!Box? Huawei has great 4 and 5G access points for less money.

Works with almost every LTE USB stick, but I would recommend the Huawei ones. First configure everything on the laptop, then everything on the Fritzbox.
