I use the router with Sunrise or Swisscom (both options at hand). With both I have 5g network, everything is tiptop, but when I connect to the router it always says that no connection to the internet can be established. Control LEDs are all green. Can anyone help?

Do you still have to give a PIN, if necessary? (the pin of the card)? Internet APN settings (with RUTX50 and Sunrise this is done automatically)? https://elibom.ch/zugabe...
DNS server not available or none? Can you ping (9.9.9.9 or 8.8.8.8)?

Install Huawei HiLink (iOS or Android) and connect it to the CPE Pro 2 (QR code at the bottom of the device next to the SIM card slot).
Here you can enter Swisscom or Sunrise settings manually.
If necessary, reset the device completely (danger that the device only works in Chinese and English).
Then insert the Swisscom Sunrise card
Is the SIM card activated for data traffic?
If not, activate it for example under My Swisscom in the settings (once).
Or is it a Dual SIM card?
My device has been working perfectly for years
It gets signal from 4G+ and 5G at the same time
I get an average of 235 Mbs in the mountains (VD location).

Personally, I tested the router with Swisscom. It has been working perfectly for a while now. I even activated the VPN perfectly with a personal DNS. But indeed, you have to check the PIN of the card, the APN and the DNS. After that, everything should work. But if you need me, I'm available at 0329313112 in French ;-)

Do you have the problem with mobile phone, laptop or all devices?
Do you have AI Life App installed on your mobile phone? You might be able to test there
