XGIMI Horizon Pro

I recently purchased the projector and am very happy with the device overall. The projector is set up next to my bed on a tripod and projects the image at an angle onto the wall in front of me. I have correctly aligned the trapezoid on the wall, but I notice a diagonal white shadow under the trapezoid, which affects the picture quality. Could you please help me how I can remove this shadow? Is it possibly due to the positioning of the projector or is there a setting on the device that I should adjust?
our projector is also at an angle, the image is projected straight, but what mine still sees is simply the bright cone of light without an image... but that's normal, even with a friend of mine. so there's no dark shadow as you know it, just a bright cone of light without an image. the bright cone of light, which doesn't have the shape of the image (rectangular), but one where the right side is longer than the left, for example, because the projector is in front of the left wall, is just normal. i hope you understand what i mean.
What setting are you using?
I have to place the XGIMI Horizon Pro in the centre and at a 90° angle to the screen so that the image is displayed "nicely". As soon as it is moved slightly, the image is "quite" skewed. I explicitly bought this projector because it is supposed to align itself "automatically". The automatic keystone correction only reduces the size of the image, which is not the aim.
The projector has the latest firmware and we project the image onto a screen (which has just been set up ;-))
