I ordered the PS5 from you 3 months ago, unfortunately I wasn't among the first wave of deliveries, no problem, it doesn't have to be. But I find it really bad that I haven't received any information from you until now! Where do you get your delivery contingent from? You can't seriously let us believe that there is no information here. It can't be that you receive a few pallets of PS5s at some point and then send them out, can it?
Same here. I asked support last week:
"Unfortunately, all the copies we have received have already been shipped to the first orderers and we are now waiting for the next contingent. Unfortunately, the new delivery date is currently unknown as the supplier is struggling with supply bottlenecks. As soon as the date has been updated by the respective supplier, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. Provided you are one of the pre-orderers, your order will of course be taken into account for the upcoming delivery."
I am not really satisfied with the answer. I think Digitec should have cancelled all orders after 8 a.m. on its own initiative.
At least an indication of how many pre-orders are still open and where one stands could slowly come from Digitec.
Apparently, pre-orderers who placed their orders on 17.09 between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. have now been delivered.
I'm glad for the lucky ones, but it doesn't help me (ordered at 11 a.m.) much.
At least in the PS5 FAQ you could tell how many have now been delivered.
I'm a patient person, but not getting any reasonable information after waiting three months is extremely weak.
In the future, I won't place any more pre-orders through Digitec and may also prefer the competition.
Well, meanwhile elsewhere already 3-4 order wave (OK, admittedly the servers are then also overloaded and it resembles a LOTTO, but still). And here zero info. Also waiting for my PS5 ordered on 17.09. It's all very very strange.
