I have a problem with my Onkyo. I bought this model about 2 months ago. At the beginning everything worked fine. However, as time went by, individual functions stopped working. In the meantime, the ARC no longer works. (I have tried out various apps for the TV. When I start up the receiver, the TV is not recognised as ARC compatible. I have tried the main and sub of the receiver). Channel "NET", for example Spotify of the smartphone via W-Lan to the receiver. (Connection is established, album is displayed, but not title and artist. The volume of the receiver can be controlled with the smartphone, but no sound is output). Bluetooth between receiver and smartphone. Connection cannot be established. What works: Aux, CBL/Sat from UPC TV box, probably the rest of the HDMI inputs. As I said, everything worked at the beginning and now some things no longer work. I have not changed anything in the settings. Of course, I have tried everything in the meantime. When the ARC went out, I thought it could also be the HDMI cable or the TV, but since neither Bluetooth nor NET work either, I assume that the fault lies somewhere in the receiver.
