I bought this product in 2020 and used it little. Recently, the drive would not open with the button provided and a DVD would not read either. I returned it to you. I received a new unit this week. Thank you for that. I have tested the new unit and exactly the same problem: drive is not recognised by any PC and cannot be opened with the button provided. What should I do? Should I return this product again? I'm beginning to have doubts about the quality of this device. Do you generally have a lot of returns? Has this problem happened more than once?
