I bought a Gigaset Elements Alarm System M 2 weeks ago and am extremely satisfied with it. However, I find it a pity that I have already had to replace 5 CR123A 3V lithium batteries. And they are not really cheap.

I can only confirm that I have only had to replace one, and that was after exactly one year.

Strange, the batteries last forever for me... Maybe the batteries supplied were faulty?
