Hi. My laptop uses the USB-C port for charging and not for data. If I use a USB-C to USB-A cable will that work for picture and power or only picture. Right now I use an ASUS ZenScreen MB16ACV with USB-C to USB-A both for picture and power. Thanks in advance

The Lenovo L15 monitor is designed to work with USB-C ports that support both data and power transfer. However, if your laptop's USB-C port is only used for charging and not for data, using a USB-C to USB-A cable will not work as intended.

Here’s what you need to know:
- The Lenovo L15 monitor requires a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) and power delivery capabilities to function properly. This means the USB-C port on your laptop must support both data and power transfer.
- A USB-C to USB-A cable will not provide the necessary data signal or power delivery, as USB-A ports typically do not support these features.

To use the Lenovo L15 monitor, you would need a laptop with a USB-C port that supports DP Alt Mode and power delivery. If your current laptop does not have such a port, the monitor will not receive the necessary data and power through a USB-C to USB-A cable.
