Question about Tilt Pen MPP 2.0 - 552759
Hey, I need some help. I've had the pen for almost a year now and everything has worked great so far. But today in the lecture it just went out. I thought it was empty and I must have charged it for 10 hours. Normally it always lights up when it's charging, but there was nothing. And when I tried different cables, that didn't help either. I'm really desperate because my pen just doesn't work anymore and I don't have the money for a new one at the moment... So if anyone knows how I can fix the problem or where I can contact someone, I'd be very grateful, because the support on the HP site is really miserable.....
hey! i had this problem several times, i used my mobile phone charging cable (samsung with usb-c) and it worked again. or use any other usb-c cable, i plugged the pen in for 10 seconds and it worked again. and the pen never lit up when i was charging it - it seems to be normal :) hope it works soon...
