Hello, I had an issue with my watch a week ago. The screen turned black and none of the buttons worked. Only the top button made it vibrate strongly. It remained like this for a half hour and returned to normal. Any one had the same experience?
Yes, it happened to me all the time. I also had a problem after the last system update and this after less than 10 months. That's why I replaced the Garmin watch with an Apple Watch - a real shame.

Hello, yes, we've had that before too. I plugged it in afterwards and left it like that for a moment. Not since then. I had this happen several times with the Fitbit and it always came back afterwards.
