In the beginning, the Bluetooth connection was problematic for me, which is why the device was sent back. After that, everything worked perfectly. Maybe the charger is defective? I am very satisfied with the product!

So for me, the charging works everywhere, so I think they are broken. I had to send mine in a few weeks ago and it worked perfectly, I got new ones straight away.
