The WF-1000XM5 are basically compatible with all Bluetooth devices. If there is a limitation, it is more on the watch side. Sound playback should work in any case. However, some features such as volume control may not be supported. However, this does not depend on the WF-1000XM5, but on the watch. The Garmin Forerunner 255 Music would therefore be a better choice.

Since Sony adheres to the Bluetooth specifications, they will most likely also work with this watch.
